Refund and Returns Policy
At Hotel Sitara Lodge, we aim to provide the best service to our guests. Our Refund and Returns Policy ensures transparency in how cancellations, refunds, and other financial matters are handled. Please read the policy carefully.
1. Cancellation and Refunds
- Flexible Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged for one night’s stay.
- Non-refundable Reservations:
- Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be labeled as non-refundable. In such cases, no refunds will be provided if the booking is canceled.
- No-show Policy:
- If you fail to show up on the check-in date without prior notice, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
2. Early Check-out Refunds
- If you decide to shorten your stay and check out early, refunds for the remaining nights are not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the hotel management.
3. Booking Amendments
- Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking dates, changes can be made up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability. No charges will be applied for date changes if made within the permitted timeframe.
- Upgrades or Downgrades: If you upgrade to a higher room category, the difference in rates will apply. Downgrades will not result in a refund for the price difference.
4. Non-refundable Services
- Certain services and add-ons, such as room upgrades, special packages, or pre-booked amenities (e.g., spa services), are non-refundable once booked.
5. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days. However, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider .
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial booking.
